Work Day: I received a call in the morning with an ETA for the team. The team of 3 introduced themselves and quickly reviewed what they would be doing that day. Like the quote guy, they were all very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They grabbed me a few times throughout the day to show me things they found, things they did, and to peacock a bit when they were proud of something they did that was very much above and beyond expectation.
