"Did a great job , I had leaks that had damaged my ceiling they patched it up did a great job. But one room had a moonscape texture. We do not even know was it was, almost like cement!! Almost impossible to get off they tried everything eventually they got it off they skim coated it twice and then painted it ,Great job!"

"The ceiling fan globe needed a screw, the toilet seat may need to be replace because it just snaps off, he put it back maybe it will last.  The best thing was replacing the gas line to the space heater.  I really need the heater to work, when he left the heater was working.  Job well done, came at 1:30 p.m. and left at 3:05 p.m. Will call again if I need his services.

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"
