I first spoke to Chris. He was very professional and courteous. Then, I heard from Josh who was just as courteous and professional. Josh was the one who actually picked up my computer system. He kept me informed every step of the way about his progress. We set up another date for him to come back to set up everything. Overall, I was completely satisfied with Technical Computing Solutions

Wasnâ t aware of a trip fee. Which he say he stated to me at the beginning of the call. I didnâ t recall that part of the conversation but maybe I misunderstood. But other than that ok service.

Everything is great. Nice people. Josh did a great job; it is up and running. All I need is a receipt of payment; I paid, and neither one of us remembered the receipt. Hired this company to mount a flat screen tv in my home for a very high price, assumed it would be professional quality work

"As a matter of policy, although alternatives are possible, we do prefer to hang TVs on studs for better support because they are heavy and expensive. The cost was agreed upon by Mr. Webster prior to him accepting the quote. The TV location constraints were proposed and accepted by Mr. Webster at installation time. At the completion of the task, he stated the work done was outstanding. I am sorry Ma'am, I wish we had the opportunity to meet either prior to or during the installation so your voice could be heard at a more effective time."

I couldnâ t send emails from my Mac. They quickly fixed that and then any other questions or fixes I needed. I will definitely call them if our computers at our home or our company need repairs.

I hired RTCS to reinstall my TV and speaker system after a long-distance move, and Josh did a fantastic job - he was quick and courteous, and offered some suggestions when I asked about power strips. Will definitely hire them again for my next move!
