If you want to skip the middleman, Tersigni and Sons is the way to go. Before I found Pete, I received 2-3 other quotes that were outrageous—more than I paid for my first home to finish my basement. These quotes came from large remodeling companies. I won’t name them, but a quick search for "large basement remodeling companies" will show you the top three. Pete's quote was about one-third the cost, and the quality remained top-notch. The key difference is that big companies often subcontract work, while Pete goes straight to the source. "Yung is the guy that came and painted our basement, with an unfinished ceiling. All I can say is wow, they did an amazing job. They also painted the walls and floors. Once I set everything back to the way it was, as far as furniture goes, they let me know if I end up scuffing the floors, to give them a call and that they will come by and touch it up. Now if that is not great business, I donâ t know what is. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Awesome job. I recommend Yung. Their price will also be tough to beat."
