He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. He made sure that everything was perfect before he left and even let me know that if there was a problem please give him a call and he would come back and make adjustments. The windows are beautiful. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom.
