"The beginning started a little rocky Antonio was going on vacation when he got back. It started dout fairly smooth. I gave them the deposit to start work and then I had asked for a receipt and he joked it off but I really did want a receipt since he didn't want to give me receipts I kept everything in text messages to help keep track of finances. Things were going decent for a little bit but as the work started, to even get them to clean up would be a extra charge. When asking for a quote for a regular size closet they quoted $800. Told them I couldn't afford that they went down to $500 but without closet door, when I asked about the shelf and rack to hang clothes on they said that was anatomy additional $200. They said they would frame the window in and that was done incomplete. To take the drywall all the way to the ground was an upcharge. When asked for a quote of flooring they gave me one quote then texted me a different one saying they didn't include something. Then when they installed the flooring they wanted to charge an additional $300 to haul the carpet away so I asked if they could bag it up for me they said that would have been a additional charge if they did that. So we got stuck having to pay our trash company $54 to come take the old carpet and padding away. They left a couple spots without flooring they said they would fix later after they got done with the flooring in the garage. They didn't properly install the baseboards back in my aunts room. They then installed carpet downstairs and did not fully tack it down or get it to where it would not come up I had asked them about it they said they would have to glue it down or something like that. I asked if I could keep the carpet padding that was left over they took that with them Instead of leaving it. I had asked them to install 2 ceiling fans and they didn't install any of them. I had asked them to install a shower door and they never did. They said they would build the fireplace entertainment center free and they never did. They had the lvp flooring in the garage and they took it out I had assumed it was because they were painting but they never brought it back. I went to work Thursday and they had come over to do some work my mom showed them the carpet areas that were starting to roll up the wall. Shortly after that they took all their supplies left and have not responded to texts calls or anything.they also didn't install padding under the LVP flooring they installed in my aunts room."
