They did a great job. They were professional, courteous & cleaned up well. If it's 15 degrees outside and your furnace dies, I'd suggest you call Vincent's first.

The sales man was very helpful and I loved that when I told him he was our first estimate, he made sure we got at least three different estimates from other companies.  When we had him return to go over plans with my husband and I, but he ended up running late from another appointment and actually called us to tell us and see if it was ok or if we wanted to reschedule.  WOW! He was very polite and professional as well as the staff that showed up to do the work.  They all cleaned up after themselves and the work was done on time with no added costs.  Six years later and we have had only minor problems that were fixed immediately when we notified them.  I have a maintenance/service plan with them and when our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot summer day, they were there that night fixing the problem (my husband held the flashlight).

As I said before, they loaned me some space heaters when my furnace died, until they got the work done. They've been in business a long time, and I'm very happy with them. They have a 24 hour emergency number, so at least you can contact them. I'm enrolled in a preferred customer program, so they routinely check both systems and do regular maintenance, for an annual fee of around $200.00.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY CAME OUT AS SOON AS I CALLED. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING ONCE THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD ABOUT WORKING AROUND THE TIME THAT BEST WORKED FOR ME.
