They've cleaned my carpeting on two occasions, and got the carpet cleaner than anyone else ever has. However, the carpet took more than 24 hours to dry, even with fans going constantly. If they could somehow extract more water, they would be almost perfect!

The owner was very responsive.  The tile and grout were cleaner but did not appear much different than before the service.  Carpet was cleaned and supposedly had a dirt protector put on it but the carpet has soiled very quickly.  A stain in one carpet seemed to be worse instead of better.
