We come to your location to inspect the work that needs to be done and give you a firm quote for the work. We let you know what spots can be removed and what stains that may not be completely removed at the time of the consultation. Additional service area: Orchard Lake.

Usually we do a follow up call after the work is done and the carpeting is dry but in checking my records I see I did not do that with you. It was a oversight on my part. We do try our best but sometimes spots do come back. That is why we make those follow up calls because we would much rather come back to take care of your concerns than have you be unhappy.
