Two years have gone by but I would still like to send you a refund on the rooms or room that has the spots. We strive to give our clients excellence in service but occasionally fall short of our client’s expectations. We try to avoid this by doing a pre-inspection of the carpeting and asking questions about your spots. Like do you know what the spot is? Red pop, kool aid, nail polish, pet accident. Some spots are actually stains that no carpet cleaner can remove. How long has the spot been there? The longer a spot is in the carpeting the chances increase greatly that it will become a permanent stain. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. I feel that if I would have done a better job of explaining the difference between a spot and a stain when I was doing the pre-inspection before cleaning that you would be more satisfied with our service, that poor communication on my part is something that I need to improve upon. On the day of the cleaning, Mark and the technician showed up promptly at 8 a.m. and within a few hours they were finished. There was one room in my house that they weren't able to clean as well as they had anticipated and Mark offered to refund the cost of that room, which I also appreciated.
