They did a good job for me. It was an emergency work, so it was done pretty quick on phone call. They came up and gave us an approximate cost for the job, a first estimate was given on the phone and they were working on it then for hours. They did what they said they would do and they were polite and courteous.
Description of Work: I had used Action Extraction because there was water in my basement and I wanted them to take the water out for me.

 + -1 moreThe did a good thorough job. They showed up on time and worked very quickly. It was easy to schedule an appointment when it was convenient for us. The carpet cleaner was friendly and courteous.
Description of Work: They cleaned 1,500 square feet of carpeting in our home. There were areas targeted for stains as well. They moved the furniture and replaced it. The job took 1 hour.
