My dog got tangled in my computer power cord and bent the connector on the cord and broke the jack on the computer. Best Buy wanted $90.00 to ship it out for an estimate and time and materials if repaired with a minimum of 2 weeks downtime. Kobi picked it up same day, evaluated the problem, ordered parts, repaired, and had it ready in about a week and made additional recommendations - saving me time and money on my small business lap top.

Kobi and Michelle were the consummate professionals with an added personal touch in an above and beyond customer service. Kobi listened to our needs, answered questions and proposed a solution to upgrade our home computer network. Not only did he provide a very timely and accurate quote for the work to be done for the project, he was open and honest and was very reasonable. Michelle had the billing handled in a timely fashion with e-billing options that made working from a multi-state location easy and accurate. Kobi and Michelle both worked above and beyond the time projected when we ran into some issues with updating our internet system in a very complex house and were right on top of networking with our cable company when we had to update outdated equipment. I would highly recommend Amour and Kobi and Michelle for any home system work.

My computer wasn't working right and I was going to buy a new one and I had Amor IT Solutions remove all of my pictures and put them on a flash drive and clean up my old computer so all of my information was removed from it. They were very fast and I highly recommend them.
