Pisani Contracting was the only one that offered a range of work options, rather than only the most drastic and expensive one, and while I did opt in the end to have the chimney rebuilt rather than patched, the offer was much appreciated. Despite the crazy conditions of late 2021, between weather delays due to rain, material shortages, and a packed schedule of work, Greg and his crew managed to fit the repair in and completed it in just two days. The whole team was very professional, and on top of the chimney work, they even touched up a few spots of masonry around the exterior of the house! The final product looks amazing, and it completely fixed the issues I was having. Just make sure you call from a Michigan number: having moved from out of state, the cell phone I use for most calls does not have a Michigan area code, and every time I called trying to schedule an estimate, the call went to voice mail; it was only when I called from my work number, which does have a Michigan area code, that I was able to get through to set things up. "Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it.
