"I called Don and inquired about getting my RV Onan 4000 generator repaired. It would start then run a few minutes and shut down. Don ask a few questions and quickly guessed it to be a failing fuel pump. He said he had to the parts in stock and could come to my RV site and repair it the next morning.....THE NEXT MORNING ! ! Not these guys, I would have no problem giving them a key and alarm code to come and complete a job at my house without me there. The communication from them was outstanding, I received several texts with time frames and photo's of the techs along with some information. I have never had this type of contact and it was helpful and frankly pretty cool. If you have any type of work you are considering hiring a contractor for, you will be doing yourself a great service to use Mr. Sparky Electric or any of the other divisions of their company if your job can be handled by them."
