Then went outside to check the condenser and he said that was dirty but expected since it has been in use since January, 2026. I have lots of trees and grass in my back yard, so that figures. He suggested since I am on the annual maintenance plan to make sure I get Winter cleaning shortly after the first of the year and also to put a piece of wood over the screen on the top of the condenser when the first snow hits so that I can protect the outside condenser more completely. All good advice. Made sure I didn’t have any more questions. And then thanked me. He was professional, polite, and efficient . He is a credit to your company."
