We found Harry at the worst possible time: our house had flooded and we had already signed with a contractor who drug us along for 6 months doing "mold remediation" and took all the profitable work from the insurance company and left us with a gutted house. Harry embraced our massive project quickly (full remodel, including 3 level, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, and an above garage addition). He kept to his word and met with us when scheduled, was flexible, and had good communication. Most importantly, he does high quality work and is a person who stands behind quality and his reputation. He would redo work he felt was poor quality. After our project he came back and fixed a few minor issues quickly. 3 years later, we still keep in touch and he checks in to ensure the quality of his craftsmanship is up to our and his standards. "I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."
