Jeff responded quickly, listened to what I needed and my timeline, and got back to me quickly with an estimate. He came back with a fair estimate and promised to get it done within a week even though they were already booked. Jimmy did an amazing job on the tile work and Jeff and Jimmy came back on Saturday to finish the job. The tile work had outstanding attention to detail and, knowing I am pretty detail oriented, asked for my input to ensure the work met my expectations.
