We found Harry at the worst possible time: our house had flooded and we had already signed with a contractor who drug us along for 6 months doing "mold remediation" and took all the profitable work from the insurance company and left us with a gutted house. Harry embraced our massive project quickly (full remodel, including 3 level, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, and an above garage addition).
