A couple of them (highly recommended to me by the paint store) quoted me over the phone without seeing the project, And, told me I would have to wait until their "slow" time (several months away) before they could begin the work. . When he was painting the bathroom, he noticed a lack of caulking done around the top of the shower. He took the time to caulk it for us, even though we wouldn't have known if he had NOT done so. "I haven't been back to see him but from the pictures he sent it looks like he did exactly what he said he was going to do and it looks good. The renters said it looked good as well.
