He was polite, explained everything well, and provided additional resources for preventative methods. It took about 30 or less to treat for carpenter ants, so the price seemed a bit high but it seems average going rate. They guarantee their work for a year. Convenient to pay on line. "The owner was very informative when I spoke to her about our problem - a dead animal underneath our home. She provided us with a very reasonable quote and said that she could send someone out that day. The serviceman was very prompt and let us know when he was on his way to our house. He was able to locate the animal quickly and remove it.
