When I spoke with the office I got all my questions answered in detail. She took the time to clarify things I was not clear on, and was very cordial. They were not pushy in any way. When I called back a day later with a couple other questions she answered them and said to call back if I had any others. The price is right, too. After the first treatment, the dandelions are gone and other weeds that had been transforming my yard into something I didn't want it to be are on their way out! I highly recommend.
