Renaissance Renovations

I have nothing good to say about this company. They hire incompentant workers who have no idea what they are doing. Their work was substandard. Drywall finishing was abysmal, bathroom tiles had to be removed and replaced and ceiling fans were installed incorrectly. Deadlines were never met. Eventually we had to fire them and hire another company to complete the work and correct the numerous mistakes.

Renaissance did an awesome job. Ken and the team built an outstanding deck with great attention to detail. The guys working on the deck were craftsmen. We had a pressure treated deck with composite railing (Trex). Wood was clear and high quality with precise fit and finish. Railing and lighting look awesome. I do my own woodworking as a hobbyist and have done my own decks in the past (no more time unfortunately), but I couldn't find anything to complain about, except that I should have done it in the spring instead of the fall. Highly recommend.

They are little slow, but they do a good job. It is the second time that we are having the work from them. They are innovative with fine jobs, but they are really slow. It takes a lot of time to schedule a project.

I did not have a very good business relationship with them. They started the job in June and never finished the job. I had to hire a second contractor to come out and finish the job. They do have reasonable prices. They did subtract the amount of the second contractor charged me off of my bill. The owner did come out and inspect the work and he did try to get the builder to do it correctly. The quality of their work is not good at all. I would not use them again in the future.

It was a very nice deck. They worked really well with us. They took the time to determine what our desires and needs were. They designed a deck to fulfill those desires and needs. We were very happy with it. They did a good job, and they were timely. The price was on the high end, but we got what we paid for.

It went excellent. I mean it was on time, it was what we all discussed and there was no problems whatsoever. The owner is named Ken and he'll sit down with you and go over everything. He will lay out a plan for you and add or take whatever you don't want out. He will keep whatever you come up with he will keep the price what he promised. It was all pretty cut and dry. I give him a 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10. Very good company to work with.
