Excellent company to work with. Kept appointment time for estimate and even did the job a week earlier then planned. They vinyl sided our chimney, over the wood, to keep the woodpeckers from making holes, and to alleviate our need to have it painted. They cleaned up when finished and overall did a great job. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again when needed.

Sterling did an AWESOME job. We had our siding replaced and an old deck replaced with a new and bigger one. The finished product is better than we expected and their crew was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your home.

We had an English Tutor home, defined by stucco and dark colored trim boards. We looked to have our tutor finish removed and new Vinyl siding installed. This included metal wrapping Windows and an entire sunroom and new gutter system. These guys did great, the materials and craftsmanship were great, I am very happy. I have before and after photos if that helps anyone make a decision.

Three weeks later and still finding nails in the yard. Other than that they were a good company. Would I hire them again? I would get more quotes first.

Foremost, the new roof looks great and the yard is clean of nails and debris, so that's great. They worked with the insurance company and made everything very easy. The small cons I would note would be: -They said it would take a day, but it took two and the shingles trailer was removed on the third. -They delayed the replacement a few days. -They used Bible quotes in the sales pitch (dude, we're not ALL Christians). But again, the quality and customer service was tops!

The crew from Sterling Homes and Improvements that came to put new siding on my house was very polite, courteous and professional. They cleaned up at the end of every day so there was no construction debris lying around, and even tolerated my barking dog without complaint. Lol. The guys made sure I was completely satisfied and happy with the results both during and at the completion of this project. Thanks guys! The contractors that came out to fix our roof were very professional and did the job quickly. They gave us a fair price for the repairs and we were VERY satisfied with their work. They even came out when the temperature was bitter and the wind was blowing. We would definitely recommend them to others who needed work done.
