They did everything from start to finish, as we had no bathroom on the second level- ran all new plumbing, installed tiled shower with glass door, new toilet, vanity, drywall, flooring etc! "This was a great deal. We bought a $99 Angie's List package that included up to 2 hours of plumbing labor--and that is exactly what we got. We were preparing to sell our house, and the potential buyers wanted all of the plumbing "issues" that surfaced during their inspection fixed before closing, so we called Bob's to take advantage of this deal. They were very quick to call back and schedule the appointment; Terry (the contractor) showed up on time; and all of the work was completed very efficiently. I think it's important to note that Terry went the extra mile for us--some of the items on the list were vague descriptions of "potential" problems, and neither my husband nor myself could explain to Terry what the concern was. Terry took the time to talk to the person who had prepared the inspection report; figured out what needed to be done; left to get parts that he needed; and came back to complete the job. AWESOME customer service, if you ask me. We plan on using Bob's (and asking for Terry) again for any repairs that may surface in our new home!!
The only reason that I gave this company a "B" for professionalism is because we needed to show the buyer's proof of repairs, and had only been given a generic receipt (no letterhead, logo, etc.) with hand-written descriptions of what had been done. Not a big problem--our buyers were ok with it--but it could have been an issue if the buyers had wanted something that looked a bit more "official".
All in all, a great deal, great service, and I am very, very happy we went with this provider!

His patience is long and his foresight is strong. You need not even get other quotes. Matt gives a fair price for all the work he does. And he does even more than expected or required. He does not miss a problem to be solved, and will often fix it on his own.

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
