"Ashley restained our deck and painted the railings and spindles. She also repainted our front door and trim. She goes above and beyond with all of her work. She fixed and filled all the holes and gaps in our deck and weatherproofed it as well. She is knowledgeable and researches products and how to best use them. Ashley has excellent communication. She keeps you updated on the progress of your project every step of the way. She delivers as expected and the quality of her work is outstanding. "This my first review so here goes,he was very polite,kept me updated before coming to do job.He had his son's helping him,they taped and covered everything and did a great job and did a great clean up,they offered to help replace furniture to the room placement. They were very freindly,and polite I felt comfortable with them In my home enjoyed visiting with them as they worked.i would rate them a5 star and will definitely use them for other work.I hope this review gets them lots more work.thanks"

"Matt was excellent. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate. He planned when the job would be scheduled. His team arrived as scheduled completed all of the work to my satisfaction and left the area spotless. Matt himself ever returned to perform some touch ups that I did not even notice. High Impact was a pleasure to work with and WILL be my first and only call the next time our log home needs to be re-stained."
