Andrew came out the same day to haul away ancient overstuffed furniture, 8 Adirondack chairs, scraps of vinyl planking and other assorted items. Andrew very quickly was able to load all of our junk/waste on his flat bed trailer. We will certainly call him again - maybe next time we'll have him build us a garage!

Do yourself a favor and look for someone else.

The builders worked rain/snow or shine and were here most mornings at 8 AM. The garage came out as planned. Good workers and Andrew is excellent to work with. Andrew always returned or responded to my call/text. Very reasonable pricing. He won't take you to the cleaners and sticks to his quote.

He gave us a quote, told us he would get the work done, but never showed up. I tried following up with him via text and phone calls, I'm very disappointed.

Andrew did a addition on a second home. I wasn't able to be there while they did the work. They did an awesome job with the entire project. I showed up when they were done and couldn't tell they had been there except for the new room.

They did very good work. They were here on time and they worked hard and got the job done. I have had a lot of compliments on their work and how nice it looks. I would tell any one to hire him.

I started calling around to have a few jobs done around the house back in February of 2016. Most responses were to call after the snow melts. By April of 2016, everyone was booked up and didn't give me the time of day. Living out of state, I visited the house in late May and found it in worse shape than I thought and desperately needed a contractor to take over. After calling around, trying to get quotes from about ten contractors, only two responded that could do all I needed. These two, were able to meet me that day and got by quotes before I left town. After securing the funds needed, Andrew was the only one who could provide within my time frame. As soon as the work started, I got picture updates on the house and recommendations of improvement. His personal judgment was paramount in this job since I was states away. The house was complete with new siding, repairs to inside damage, painted interior, refinished hard wood floors, repaired fence, replaced storm doors, new outside lighting, repaired plumbing, electrical, resurfaced driveway and other small projects around the house. The house looks so good, I don't want to have to sell it! I like to see reviews that aren't so top quality, but I cannot say anything negative about Andrew and his crew. He understood my needs and limitations and was very flexible and honest. If I ever return to Manistee, he will be my go to for any further projects.

Andrew called us in a timely manner, was reasonably priced, completed the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased.

After Andrew built the ramp and deck extensions off of our existing decks in the spring of 2015, we hired him in May 2016 to clean, seal and stain the decks and ramp. We had concerns about drips and splatter onto the house and areas below the decks. Andrew eased our concerns and assured us he would tarp everything off and put plastic on the house to prevent and splatter and drips. Everything turned out great and there were no drips or splatter! Andrew's communication and professionalism were fantastic throughout all phases of the project. We highly recommend Andrew and his team.

Their work was expert, precise, professional, and as requested. Andrew responded quickly to our initial call to visit our home, consult and give us a competitive quote. His employees showed up on time, friendly, organized and performed expert workmanship and design. They thoroughly cleaned up when finished and finished in 2 days instead of 4 that was alotted. We'll hire them again without hesitation for any of our future projects. We highly recommend Andrew and his crew.

We had a new metal roof installed on our house and shed last fall. Andrew was great to work with and provided some great ideas to resolve an ice build up problem around our chimney. Great quality work and finished ahead of schedule. He even sent pictures of the completed work. If the need arises for future work we wouldn't hesitate to call Andrew again.

Andrew and his Team always showed up on time. I also had Andrew do other handyman work...and the commitment to customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and professionalism was excellent. He followed through with every aspect of the projects to make sure they were done on time. This is the guy and team you want for all types of projects....big and small.

Andrew called me back soon after I had left a message, and was able to come over that same day to take measurements. While at the house, he was very honest with me on which options to look at for a new roof, and what repairs needed to be done beforehand. You will find that he has good character and integrity, and is easy to work with. His team did an excellent job! I'm very pleased, and would hire again!

I hired Andrew to build a new pole barn with a steel roof that was attached to an existing garage, also to have a new steel roof. He initially stated that it would take about 10 days to complete as we were rather anxious to get it done before the end of Summer. It took over two months with many partial days of work being done or not at all. He did not answer his phone and took several days to return my calls. We finally got the building sign-off from the building department after several corrections to the construction were completed. The following Spring, the barn flooded due to an ice dam which created a leak in the roof. Andrew came over and stated it was from the screws backing out of the new roof trusses and proceeded to tighten down all the screws in the area of the leak and surrounding area. This Spring we had another flood in the same location. After repeated calls, Andrew sent his crew over and they used caulking to seal the seams and screw heads. It still leaked during heavy rains. After another set of calls, his crew came over with the intent of changing the pitch of the roof but decided It was not necessary and could be repaired by other means. The roof still leaked. After yet another set of a few non-returned calls, he finally sent his crew over to put more caulking on the seams, steel openings, and screw heads. It still leaks in the exact same area. Andrew stated that the design of the roof was not his issue due to restrictive building codes in our township. He was aware of the codes when he accepted the job. I did not design or build anything myself. Andrew and his crew did. Andrew no longer returns my calls after many, many messages left on his recorder. He evidently has no intention to repair the roof and make it right and is leaving me to deal with it by either taking legal actions against him or hire another contractor to repair his failed roof construction. All we want is to have a nice pole barn that does not leak. Some other items to note are the flood in the existing garage from the rain while the roof was open when attaching the new building and lack of adequate tarps. Many of my tools and toolboxes were completely soaked and needed to be wiped down and took days to dry out. No apologies from Andrew or his crew. The housekeeping leaves much to be desired as well. I am still finding roofing screws but did finally get all the cigarette butts picked up. The bottom line is I regret hiring Andrew to build us our pole barn and would never hire him again for anything. We are very disappointed in his performance and feel we deserve to at least have a new building that does not leak and a competent contractor that stands behind his work, neither of which we got from Andrew.
