They arrived on time were pleasant and cautious. Let us know exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. We have old carpets in this house and just wanted top get the dirt out we did not expect them to look like new and he told us that he couldn't do that right up front so that we had no false expectations. That being said he did brighten them up quite a bit more than we had expected and the house smells much better then it did before the work was done. The price was exceptional we would use them again in a minute.

Itâ s an old sofa, in a very light colored chintz. Matthew was seriously concerned that it wouldnâ t clean up well, but his efforts paid off. Not a spot remaining!
