They seamlessly replaced the many boards that had damage, even added a cosmetic ceiling under a side porch. It looks like a new home. Additionally, they are really easy to work with. They were respectful and unobtrusive despite our many guests in and out while they were working. Have already signed up to have them back to power wash and stain the decks next year. "

Moreover, excessive staining may not fully penetrate the wood, leading to poor adhesion and premature wear. Additionally, thick layers of stain are prone to peeling, cracking, and blistering as they struggle to bond with the surface.

The dew will have dried, meaning there’s no moisture on the house, and the temperature will likely be moderate and the sunlight less direct. Starting mid-morning should also give you enough daylight and pleasant weather to work on the job for several hours.
