An example of this was putting in an outdoor kitchen. He let us get the sink infrastructure and countertop support needed to install those at a later date. Truly a professional. "Was a customer for several years and took advantage of the maintenance program they offered. I had a fair amount of work done and they were always prompt and efficient, though quite pricey. One minor issue with a repair was addressed without delay. When they were last out (2016), I was told the maintenance contracts were being revised. I requested that info be sent when available, but never received anything. I have since contacted them by leaving a phone message and have also sent two requests via their website. I have never received a response. While scheduling service was never an issue, this lack of contact is why I gave an 'D' on responsiveness."
