"They removed an old bathtub and installed a shower enclosure. The company performed as the promised. Five Star Bath Solutions team did a good job during the installation. The bid was really competitive with the others. We are really pleased."

"We replaced a bath tub that leaked, with a walk in shower. BathWorks did an excellent job, and the replacement was done in one day! They left the bathroom clean, and the shower ready for use. We are getting older, and it was difficult for me to lift my legs over the bath tub wall after knee replacement surgeries. We are sorry we did not make this change earlier. We definitely recommend BathWorks. The workers were professional, and they made sure we understood everything about our new shower before they left. We are extremely satisfied."

"I am really happy with my new shower. I had a bathtub and old tile shower replaced. The installers were very nice, however could have been more tidy about the whole thing."

"Why is it things break when you go out of town? Our water heater serves both hot water in the house and radiant floor heat for our airplane hangar and garage. The old water heater was a large and expensive unit that served faithfully for 15 years until it sprang a leak while we were out of the country. Casey addressed all my questions via text since calling was a challenge, found a competitive unit since the direct replacement unit was on backorder for 6-8 weeks, and installed the new unit the morning after we returned from Europe. He had to perform a great deal of work with new pipe since the fittings for the new unit were on the opposite side of the original tank, but all of the work was clean and well planned. I can't say enough about his honesty, professionalism, and cleanliness. He was not the lowest bid I received, but his follow-up and resourcefulness in finding a replacement unit for a relatively specialized piece of expensive hardware showed that he understood his business and gave me confidence that it would be done correctly and quickly. I was happy to see him prove these impressions correct, and highly recommend him for anyone wishing to find a plumbing pro who can service their needs well."

"I had a clogged shower drain. I wanted to try a small local company, not use the big corporate companies that like to add unneeded services to add the bill up. I contacted Shaun and he asked what city are you in and said I will be there right after the current job he was at. Messaged me with an eta .Shaun showed up on time and diagnosed and solved the issue in under 30 min. along with a great tip, to prevent it from happening again. I have saved Shawn's number to utilize for any other plumbing issues in the future"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
