"We worked with Rufino to update the bathrooms and closets in our home master bath/closet and two upstairs bathrooms and closets. He is a True Professional in many ways. He worked with my husband and me to create a modern design that encompassed our ideas. He introduced us to options that are more current in design as well. He created 3D images of our proposed master bathroom and custom closet using our material choices. These images were incredibly helpful in understanding what the finished rooms would look like. His calm demeanor put me at ease with the project and took away my reservations of having our home renovated. Also, having workers in your home can be stressful and Rufino completed the work in the time proposed! Most importantly, I feel Rufino is very trustworthy and was very accessible to me during the project - answering my questions and communicating the next steps in the work being done via cell, text and email. Our bathrooms and closets were finished with detailed workmanship and expert service. He worked hard to make sure we were totally satisfied. They look simply AMAZING. "While many other companies tried to give me an estimate on the phone, after my initial call, the Company sent Gary, who checked my garage door opener and told it needed replacement. I got one another company come and see the opener, and he also said it needed replacement. So I decided to go with Gary, who was very nice and answered all my questions about costs and using their coupon. The replacement went very well and fast. However, on the same day, in the evening, the new opener stopped working. I called the company and got Gary come over again next day. He found that the wiring inside the wall of our garage had failed, and then he installed new wires on the wall of the garage to make the opener working again. I am very happy with all he did for me to have a new working garage door opener. Gary was alway on time and gave me a call exactly 20 minutes before his arrival. I will use this company again when and if my another garage door opener breaks down."

"The project went incredibly well.  The focus was a quality, appropriate renovation/addition on a 1930's federal house in Ann Arbor.  An architect was hired to design an appropriate renewal and replacement inside and out.  It was important that the builder could handle the scale and detail.  We couldn't be happier with the results.
In retrospect I am sure that there is no way that we could have renovated to this standard at this cost with any other builder.  Pete was the perfect choice for our project.  I am veryspecific about the level of quality and detail that I expect and Pete meets my requirements every time.  He does it with a cheerful problem solving attitude that is uncommon in the building trades.  Pete, and any of his co-workers, are a pleasure to have around the house.  He is dependable and extremely honest.
I know that Pete bids large jobs and small jobs.  That makes him somewhat unique as a contractor.  I am sure he brings the same level of workmanship to jobs much smaller than ours. I am equally sure he can manage a big project when contracted to do so.  My main take away is that high quality work at fair prices is rare in the construction field.  Pete’s company occupies a hard to find niche."

"I called to set up the service and set the time for 2:00.  I was running late and called the company and asked for 2:30 and they said they would call him.  I got home at 2:15 and there was an estimate in my door.  I called the company and they said I wasn't listed for an appointment.  I said I made it last week with 'Mike' and they said we don't have a 'Mike' here.  I said his name is right here on the estimate.  They said 'oh yes, Mike.  We'll have him call you.  That was odd.
Mike calls and explains I need a new roof, which is true.  Gave me a good estimate (I've had 3 and this amount was in the middle).  He said he got to my house early and made repairs on the roof.

"They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."
