The installation team, Jon, Ryan and Forest arrived on time (actually a little early), and the guys were all very polite and professional. The installation was exactly as I expected (great), and I don't have to wear a ski jacket (it's December in Michigan) when I go upstairs and will be comfortable to work on and finish (soon, I hope!). They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process. When they were finished, our house and bathroom looked like it had never had any construction done, except we were left with a beautiful walk-in shower!
