"They have done tuneup service just 37 days ago to my furnace.
Furnace stopped kicking off. Service guy came over afterhours (thanks for that) and did a fix to the loose connection for inducer motor.
Fix didn't last for a day... Quote to replace the part  is half the price of new furnace of same 80% kind! Welcome to home ownership!!!

"Very personable, good work ethic and said he would come back if I had any problems. Very reasonably priced. He repaired the chimney, did additional tucking on the front brick, and flowerbed. Also inspected the basement fireplace and set up a fire for our future use."

Chimney Liner Installation questions, answered by experts

How long a pool liner lasts depends on the type of pool. Most in-ground pool liners last between six and 12 years, while aboveground pool liners last anywhere from six to 10 years. You can extend the life of your pool liner by maintaining proper pool chemistry, adding chemicals individually to avoid staining the liner, using a pool cover to protect it from the sun, and keeping sharp objects away from it.

Costs depend on pool size, equipment, and any additional tasks like repairs or deep cleaning.

Both above ground and inground pools can have pool liners. Inground pools made of gunite don’t need pool liners, and you’ve probably walked along an unlined pool and felt the ripples and ridges on the floors and walls. But adding a liner over gunite or other pool types helps protect the wall panels from algae growth.

Avoid pool liner wrinkles by moving slowly as you attach the edge of the liner to the pool wall. Add a few inches of water during this process and slowly walk from the center of the pool to the walls, lightly pressing the liner as you go. For an in-ground pool with a beaded liner, you can also use a wet-and-dry vac to suction out the remaining groundwater and air between the liner and the pool foundation.

It’s a good idea to call in a pro to fill in your pool, because there are many potential hazards to doing it yourself. Unless you’re careful, you can damage your septic tank, plumbing pipes, and sprinkler lines. It’s also possible to damage your sewer connections, utility lines, driveway, landscaping, and sidewalk.
