"Have Oxbow windows installed in my home. Several windows had broken seals and Oxbow replaced the glass. The first time I opened one of the windows after replacement, the hardware detached from the window. Oxbow said nothing about any other problems with the windows and I found out later that they wrote in a internal report that the wood was rotted. Now after paying for new glass, I have to buy a whole new window. Oxbow hid the problem. Then wanted to charge me individually for each part or I could buy a whole new window. If I buy the parts I'll end up paying more that I would if I had just bought a new window and I won't have a warranty. If i buy a whole new window, I have $1,500 worth of glass I bought and don't need. Guess what Oxbow, I'm buying new windows somewhere else!!!!"
