Oxbowindo

Have Oxbow windows installed in my home. Several windows had broken seals and Oxbow replaced the glass. The first time I opened one of the windows after replacement, the hardware detached from the window. Oxbow said nothing about any other problems with the windows and I found out later that they wrote in a internal report that the wood was rotted. Now after paying for new glass, I have to buy a whole new window. Oxbow hid the problem. Then wanted to charge me individually for each part or I could buy a whole new window. If I buy the parts I'll end up paying more that I would if I had just bought a new window and I won't have a warranty. If i buy a whole new window, I have $1,500 worth of glass I bought and don't need. Guess what Oxbow, I'm buying new windows somewhere else!!!!

No problems at all, the worker knew exactly what he was doing, was well experienced, and he asked for my input-approval prior to job being finalized. It was then finished without a hitch. He said if I notice any silicone sealant slowly seeping out, wait until it is totally dry so you don’t smear it. Then remove it with a sharp tool. I didn’t have to do any of that.
