The work was completed in about two hours, all my questions were answered; the old door, old hardware and opener were taken away.

They didn’t do a very good job.  They broke the overhead light when installing the garage door.  Instead of telling me about it they just threw it away.  It should’ve replaced by them, but they just tried to cover it up.

Bob came out quickly and replaced my two garage door springs exactly as described and at the price agreed. My only reason for giving a B instead of an A was the fact that he only offered a 90 day warranty on the work and 1 year on the springs. Also, would have preferred that he took credit card. Shame on me for not asking about either of these before he came out though.

He has been real good. I have used him for a couple of situations. He fixed my garage door and tightened and readjusted everything. He charged $55 for door adjustment and the other one was a little bit higher. He replaced some parts of my lift for around $79. He is very fast and is reasonable in price. He does good work. I would use him in the future.

It was a good experience. The first time I scheduled the appointment, he didn't show and when I called him, he apologized profusely. When we did reschedule, he came as promised.

It was a very pleasant experience. He came out very promptly. He came out when he said he would and replaced the door. He has been very kind when I have had to call him back for a few minor problems.

Called at 8:00am and they were able to quote the cost for replacement of both springs and come the same day. He called twice throughout the day to keep me informed of his timing. Very happy overall and would recommend to get the job done. Probably would have given an A for professionalism if he would have taken off his boots to walk through my house to get to the garage. ;)

Bob called us back as soon as he returned from vacation, since we had called when he was out of town. On the day of the appointment he called and said that he was running ahead of schedule and wondered if he could come by earlier. I was very happy to have the work done sooner in the day. He was very polite and made sure that everything was running properly since the tracks were rusty and needed alot of oil to get them working again.

THE MEN THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY NICE. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED IMMEDIATELY. THEY MADE SURE THAT I HAD THEIR NUMBER HANDY IN CASE ANYTHING ELSE WENT WRONG.
