"We recently had Rolland Cement do our stamped concrete pool deck and some driveway/sidewalk tear out and replacement. Rolland did our stamped concrete patio a couple years ago and it was awesome so we wanted to match it at the pool. Greg and his crew did not disappoint and the job came out exactly how we hoped. We would highly recommend Rolland Cement for any of your concrete needs."

"Brent explained how the leveling process worked, which was much more involved than I thought. He advised me as to how leveling slab-A might affect slab-B, so we could decide exactly how to approach the job. As the work progressed, he leveled a couple other slabs free of charge, for a better result.
He ran into a problem with a small slab under a step, but took his time, and did the best he could.
He, and his partner, were professional and courteous, taking time to assess how each slab might affect the next one. They cleaned up the mess very well before they left, and never gave me the impression that they were only concerned about how quickly they could finish and leave.
They're pricing was much better than two other quotes, and their salesman seemed more willing to help me decide which slabs to level without running up the cost.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

"I just got a sidewalk cement job for 2 squares completed by Jamie last week on 9/28/22. He was excellent, answered all my questions, gave a fair price based on other quotes, punctual and a very pleasant, trusted person. I would recommend him to others."

"They came out to take a look and decide that the problem is not due to the cracked concrete outside. Their advice helped me to track the root problem of a leaking pipe in the wall. Good professionalism."

"Jerry Vento scheduled removal and replacement of my large driveway and front sidewalk around my timing needs. His large crew worked in unison with substantial commercial equipment to remove and replace my driveway in one day, so I would not be "trapped" in my house more than one day. That allowed me to not miss any of my needed physical therapy appointments. Jerry and all workers were very professional and courteous. The concrete included compacted crushed gravel base, 6 bag mix, fiber reinforcement, wire mesh and sealing at a competitive price. The finished appearance of the driveway and sidewalk is excellent. They cleaned up after and left the lawn and landscaping just like before."
Concrete repair costs range anywhere from about $0.10 to $0.15 per linear foot to fill minor cracks, to about $6 to $14 per square foot to replace damaged concrete slabs. Repair costs vary widely depending on the size and type of work needed. For example, replacing 100 square feet of driveway will cost between $600 to $1,400, on average.
The average cost of stamped concrete is around $12 per square foot, but you might pay anywhere from $8 to $28 per square foot. The average 12-foot by 12-foot patio costs $1,730 on average. Your exact pricing will depend on the patio’s square footage, the condition of the area where you want to pour the concrete, the desired stamp pattern, concrete coloring, concrete grade, and local labor prices. Don’t forget to budget for extra costs like land preparation and additional concrete fortifications if necessary.
The average cost of mudjacking is around $5 per square foot of concrete, with most concrete leveling jobs totaling between $3 and $8 per square foot. The typical cost to fix a sinking portion of concrete slab with mudjacking is around $1,100. The price you’ll pay depends on the size of the concrete slab you need to be leveled, the accessibility of the slab, and the type of material your contractor uses beneath the concrete to lift it back into place.
In most cases, no, mudjacking is not possible as a DIY job. Not only do you need specialized equipment to cut into your slab and pump the cementitious material underneath it, but it’s also a challenging process, and the consequences of making mistakes include additional structural damage to your home. It’s possible to rent mudjacking equipment to attempt a DIY repair, but the risk of added property damage usually isn’t worth the money you’ll save on labor, especially if the concrete you’re lifting is a part of your home’s foundation.
The cost to install a concrete driveway is $4 to $15 per square foot on average. Your price heavily depends on your desired concrete finish and driveway size.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay an average cost of $1,900. For a driveway at double that size (400 square feet), the average price is closer to $3,800. Plain concrete is significantly more cost-effective, averaging $7 per square foot, whereas stained concrete averages around $19 per square foot.
