I constantly have to monitor the system as I have heads not popping up consistently. Technicians have been a few times in the first year putting bandaids on things and showing me how to fix them. I don’t bother calling them anymore as I know they are not going to come raise all the sprinklers or put 6in heads on them. Multiple sprinklers don’t sit straight in the ground either which is another fight on its own. All in all I would never do it again with this company. The staff and secretary were great with me. Workers were friendly just not good at rhere job except the lead tech who was the only one who spoke partial English also which made it even harder. "Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. "I’ve used Sanders & DeHann for years for start up & close down Sprinkler service. You really have to plan ahead to get on the schedule at the beginning of the season to get your sprinklers turned on. It’s always been uneventful until this year when someone unexperienced started up my system and didn’t do a complete job. I called and asked to have somebody come out and Check the startup service because not all of the sprinkler heads were popping up. The young man arrived promptly at the beginning of the window, And was very courteous and did everything that I asked. He even suggested that two of the sprinkler heads that were not working very well that I had previously been told didn’t work due to the roots should be replaced because the heads were not working well and low and behold, they work perfectly now! He was fast and efficient and adjusted a couple of the other sprinkler heads so they sprayed further and asked if there was anything else he could do. He also adjusted the timer for the sprinkler system did everything less than an hour! Well, done college friend, And very good hire Sanderson!"

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full.
