"Craig (owner & installer) and Parker (installer/service) made this whole experience an enjoyable one. Both are very experienced and knowledgeable. We had a new awning placed over our back patio. "The agent that met with us was friendly and easy-going. He never pushed us to make a decision. When we were ready to buy, he found a financer even when our credit score was low. The customer service rep built a personal relationship with us and helped anytime we had a problem or concern. The installation team was fast and was working when the temperature was 3 degrees and the windchill was -11. They had our patio enclosure built in 3 days.
