LAWN BOYS INC

I hired them to fertilize my lawn last fall.  I watched them apply such a light application of fertilizer that it had absolutely no effect on my lawn.  They quoted me $45 for the service and then billed me $50.  I paid $45 with a note explaining I would only pay the quoted amount and then they continued to bill me for the balance.  I used to have them cut my lawn but they left grass clippings all over my patio and furniture.  I have a small lawn and it took me more time to clean the patio than it would have taken to cut the lawn myself.  So basically they cost me time instead of saving me time.  When you talk to the women in the office, they are surly and snooty.  They have no concept of what customer service is.  I've since switched to Coastal and am receiving great quality, great customer service and an overal positive experience.  Don't waste your money on Lawn Boys.
