"Craig (owner & installer) and Parker (installer/service) made this whole experience an enjoyable one. Both are very experienced and knowledgeable. We had a new awning placed over our back patio. "North Star was hired for front and back yard landscaping. Darren does the design, estimates and project management, his wife Bernice handles the rest of business duties. They were both wonderful and I was impressed with the great suggestions and recommendations. They also arranged laborers to install the outdoor fireplace, masonry hardscape walkways and patios, landscape flora and plantings suggested. The laborers were competent and skilled at what they were doing. We are very satisfied with their beautiful work."

"The agent that met with us was friendly and easy-going. He never pushed us to make a decision. When we were ready to buy, he found a financer even when our credit score was low. The customer service rep built a personal relationship with us and helped anytime we had a problem or concern. The installation team was fast and was working when the temperature was 3 degrees and the windchill was -11. They had our patio enclosure built in 3 days. It is a trustful company to hire and work with."
