"The moving crew showed up on time, with enough people to complete the work. They also had two trucks to make sure there was room for everything that had to be moved. They took the time for wrap all of my furniture before placing it into their trucks. None of my belonging were damaged during the moving process. "So I hired these folks to help me unload a self-move U-Haul. I did help extensively with the unloading. I also moved six times in 10 years. While the workers were extremely nice, they did not arrive with basic moving gear: gloves, sliding pads, or hoist straps. They caused more damage than I'm comfortable with for a move. Furthermore, mid-transaction, the payment method changed, and the phone number became obsolete. I had concerns on the operational side."
