They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. "The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."

"Paul was great. He thoroughly examined the necessary repairs even discovering a problem that I was having with a strong odor coming from under a bathroom counter. Apparently the installer of my bathroom counter did not seal the pipes properly causing a slow leak and resulting in mold developing under the cabinet. In addition, Paul explained what needed to be done before hand for all repairs, offered options depending on how much you want to spend on materials, took time to listen about my concerns and answer any questions that I had. "I had a home warranty, an extra policy on my house, so I had to use the people that they provided.  Other than their telephone answering, which takes forever, they were really good.  I was always glad that I had that coverage.  They had a person come out to confirm that my dryer was not broken and that it was the vent, and then I hired a provider to come and clean it. I had to pay the service charge for the technician to come out and  check my dryer.  When you try to call them you can never get through on the phone; they don't have enough telephone operators.  I never like to do it online because I wanted to talk to somebody and find out who they were going to pick as my vendor, because one time in all of the times that I used them, they sent me a really, really novice plumber who messed up my sink.  I think I had a broken garbage disposal or something that he didn't have the tools, his truck broke down on the way, he was very young and wet behind the years, and it was a company I never heard of.  So whenever I needed plumbing or maintenance on appliances or something, I would just call them and say I wanna use that other named company.  But they always do an excellent job.  I would say a B overall only because of how hard it is to get in touch with them.  For price, I shopped around before I renewed with them and they were very comparable to other companies and they didn't have a lot of exclusions, so I would say A.  I'm retired now and I won't be buying another house so I had to cancel my contract with them, but if I was going to, yes I would consider using them in the future. "
