"I am totally delighted with my basement waterproofing job. HomeSpec did an unbelievable job in diagnosing my problem, which was huge! I have never worked with a more competent contractor in my life! "We are very satisfied with their work. Workers were very professional and the hardest working group I have ever seen. They installed an under the floor drainage system along a 60 foot basement wall. Since the French drain uses a perforated pipe covered by gravel, you won’t have to worry about water taking the soil away from your foundation. Meanwhile, yard grading levels out the ground to prevent water from gathering around your foundation.

Most houses will have vents in the crawl space. This allows for air passage and energy retention, which in many ways can help control the temperature inside the home. If you are able to consider the cost of a crawl space encapsulation, you may not need your crawl space vents at all. 

Several types of insulation are effective for crawl spaces, with spray foam and rigid foam boards being two of the best options.
