"I originally hired Long Journey for a one-time snow removal, The work was so good that I hired him on the spot to handle our property full-time. Here’s what happened…. I originally called after a snow and ice storm, that left a thick sheet of ice under the snow. I assumed he’d plow the snow, throw down some salt, and call it a day. Nope. he cleared the snow, salted it, then actually broke up all that ice, removed it, and salted again so there weren’t any patches of ice. While this was happening I came outside and told him he didn’t’ have to break up the ice, that the salt would melted it soon enough. But he insisted, he stated he takes pride in his work and wouldn't leave anything that could be a safety risk. I gotta say, this is the best service I’ve had hands down. Let me be very clear…Even if you can shovel your own driveway, you're not going to do it like Long Journey does. I can't recommend them enough!"
