They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process. Letting me know exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They never made any mess and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. "Very nice, responsive staff. Received my equipment quickly and rather simple to set-up. The only oddity people should be aware of, is that the sensor pair may not attach on doors where the surrounding trim has ornate molding close to the edge (i.e. one sensor attaches to the door but the other adjoining sensor needs to attach to the trim). The sensors will have a terrible time sticking to the trim, unless you carve out the moulding so there's a 1/2 inch flat surface for it to adhere cleanly. So just fyi.
