"These guys are awesome. I was called back within 15 min from posting on homeadvisor that my A/C was pushing out hot air.They were at my house in Lewiston in about an hour. They had it repaired and juiced up with free-on within an hour. I also asked for a quote on a new furnace/ac and was presented with a quote within 2 days, unlike Gilchrest who never got back to me with a quote and a year later when I asked Gilchrest for the quote, I was told that his van was in the shop and he didn't know when he would be able to come by to give me a quote. Never heard from him again. I would recommend Apex to anyone who has HVAC issues, very happy with their service!"

*** I have recently added the Nashville area to my service coverage. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Sears was excellent on their part, but I do have a problem with the product that I was promised. The A-coil is not the size that was quoted in the price by the salesman and I have checked out other models of heat pumps and a 24in a coil is a lot larger than what I was installed with. Hope it does the job when the air temp is more demanding."

"The repair process started on 4/20/22. Was repaired on 5/4/22. There were numerous appointments that were rescheduled. We were without air conditioning during this time. When the techinician was here they were very professional.Just glad to have air conditioning again."

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
