Bresky Siding & Building Repair

Spend weeks hammering out the details on 50k worth of work then nothing, ignored all contact. 5 months later contacted me asking if he could have the job if I had not hired someone else, I agreed and got dates set then he proceeded to miss every one and ignore all contact again. Do not bother with this one, he does not respect you.

The work was done November 2020. In March 2021 during our first snow I sent Derek an email stating that there was hot spots on the roof and Ice damming and wanted him to repair the work. He took days to respond and responded with "there's nothing wrong with your roof" I sent called and sent emails for over 1 year before he sent me my paid in full receipt. Finally received paid in full receipt to show insurance company in June of 2022. July of 2022 it was noted that the electrical pole that holds my wiring from the main was cracked. Electricial stated that it was due to roofing installers not using a level when rerplairing roof. Now it is 2024 and I am getting estimates for new gutters and siding and am finding out that the pitch of the roof was set so that the water drained directly down the side of my house not into the gutters and have wood rot. Cannot deal with the rudeness and lack of professionalism of this group any longer.

Since I had a great experience with Bresky's on a roof replacement a few years ago, I decided to call on them again to have them replace an old doorwall with a window on the second story of my vacation home. Austin and Ben came out promptly to look at the job and quoted me a very fair price. A new window needed to be ordered, and when it came in, they called me to set up a day to install. The install went smoothly in one day, with the crew of Austin, Ben and Marcus up on the ladders. They removed the old doorwall, installed the new window, and built a new part of the wall and weaved in the vinyl siding (since the new window is smaller than the old doorwall). I am very happy with the results! They even took all of the old stuff away with them to discard and cleaned up the jobsite nicely. After they completed the install, I discussed with the crew my additional need for a gutter that runs the length of the house. They measured the length before leaving that day, and installed it the next day! I highly recommend this company, and will be calling on them again when it's time for more major exterior upgrades that I have in mind.

Excellent customer service. Derek is very honest, his workers and supervisor are top notch. Job completed in one day and Derek was there making sure I was happy. I would let this company use me as a reference any time!

I definitely would not recommend this tool because it took months longer than stated, had terrible customer service, and overall had poor work quality. Limited options out here, but I would definitely choose someone else.

Bresky did a wonderful job roofing my home. The home was purchased with a previously done roof which was substandard. Bresky installed new sheathing and the new shingles and all the drip edge, fixed gutters, and found problems with the old roof that I did not even know were there. They also installed new flashing as the old was terrible. I cannot recommend Bresky enough, they promise and deliver on the promise of a great job, clean up after the work, and are very fairly priced by comparison with other roofers in the Thumb if you can find one that call you back. HIghly recommended on very level. Very professional sales and work crew.

Very satisfied with everything Derek and his crew having replaced our roof. The guys get right to work and get the job done fast. All work coordinated to a Tee. Clean up was super. ?. They don’t pressure you and make sure you’re satisfied. Would very much recommend them.

I’m glad I found these guys. I recently purchased a home that needed a complete rehab. Roof had to be done first. Bresky got me scheduled quickly and at a good price. With labor shortages as they are right now, this wasn’t an easy feat. They have the top certification from the shingle manufacturer that they install so we got the maximum warranty offered. Only thing I would change is that my house only required 2/3 of the roof line to be covered in ridge vent. That’s what was installed but it looks odd to me. Aesthetically unfinished I guess. Had I known only 2/3 was going to be covered, I would have asked to pay extra to have it completely covered and aesthetically complete. I highly recommend these guys. Just have a conversation about the details if you’re OCD like me.

Everything about there work was first class. They showed up when they said they would, never stopped until it was finished and cleaned up. You would not know they were ever here except for our great new roof Six stars all around

Did a really great job, and finished the job in one day. And very honest I made the check out more then it should of been and he brought it to my attention right away I would recommend any body who is looking for a new roof 5 stars plus.

They were here on time got the job done in 2 days.

The project took over 4 months to complete, though I was promised to be done in less than 6 weeks. When they actually started, they ran out of shingles two times. My driveway was totally or partially blocked for over a month. 4 months after finishing the project, I still did not receive promised factory warranty. Very bad in returning calls or emails. Stay away!

Interviewed 4 companies to replace my roof. The roof has a steep pitch and several gables. I trusted Derek and crew. They did a quality job with quality materials in about half the time it took another contractor to complete my neighbors roof.

Derek and his crew did a great job! Very polite bunch of guys , hard workers. Got the job done in a day and cleaned everything up before they left. very happy with the skylights that they replaced. Will differently hire again. Very reasonable prices.

Derek and his crew did a fantastic job with installing our new roof!!...They are a good team that had to work through some half-days, due to temps being in the 90's. They got to work early, did as much as they could and did a good job of picking up the materials and trash that was left from the days' work. A roof tear-off can be a messy project, but they managed everything very well. I will be calling Derek again for future projects!!!
