All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very friendly, helpful, respectful and professional. Timely, worked hard to install drains on one wall in my basement where water came in during heavy rains. I was quoted $2,200.00. Hank and his crew did an extra 2 feet of drains. When they were finished I asked Hank what amount should I make the check out for and he said, “as I quoted $2,200.00”, I was grateful and very appreciative as I am in a fixed income. I want to add before I found Hank I was quoted $19,300.00 by a major basement waterproofing firm. They were going to put drains on 4 walls of my basement - 3 walls never had issues with water. So when I say, “Hank is my guardian angel”, you understand why! "
