I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.

"Terry Jones did a superb job, I really can't overstate that. With how old our house was Terry ran into a number of minor issues that other providers may either A) ignored or B) charged extra for each item. Not only did Terry take care of all these problems, he stuck to his original estimate of work quote. The work was top notch, very much "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right." When we asked for work bids, Terry called us first thing and was there for the estimate in short order. He worked with us to get the Furnace and Water heater that suited our needs/want and quickly adjusted his quote for us. When he ran into unexpected delays with our project, he sacrificed his Saturday to make sure our furnace and water heater were properly installed. "Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done.
