(note: I was a tiny bit worried about the painter diluting the stain (oil based) with water but it seems this is something that's sometimes done when using a sprayer. I do wish it was diluted with mineral based solution vs water but everything seemed to turn out well and I'm happy with my deck)"

The estimate was very reasonable. The 2 men were on time and professional. They power washed the front and back porch areas, the front sidewalk, and the 2nd floor deck. Every area looks amazing. I was also told of some gutter issues they noticed while working. You would want to hire this company for power washing. They also do other work/repairs which is helpful to know of a reliable company when we need more work done."
